Abstract: Background: Knowledge on the contemporary eating patterns of Elementary schoolchildren in Malta is scarce. Specifically, the impact on children’s diets of changing foodscapes merits exploration. Objective: This study aimed to develop two dietary assessment tools for junior and senior Elementary schoolchildren, respectively.
