| Abstract: | The Maltese Constitution contains several articles which block court scrutiny of government’s actions. In this chapter, the author identifies and analyses some of these ‘black holes’, looking at the reasons underlying their existence in the constitutional text as well as investigating the way in which the courts have treated these provisions. |
