| Abstract: | The country report questions the effectiveness of governance mechanisms in the promotion and protection of equality. It considers the different governance processes within government and between public authorities and analyses the extent to which non-discrimination action is prioritised. The report also represents the voice of members of civil society who provided input during a seminar held for this purpose. Furthermore, the report identifies loopholes and failures in governance structures. |
