| Abstract: | Europe Direct Information Centres in Malta have gathered 67 participants from Malta & Gozo to take part in tomorrow's transnational Citizens' Dialogue in Palermo. What is the EU and what are its competences? Why does it affect our daily lives? How does it take decisions? What about its democratic legitimacy? How can citizens shape its policies? These are the main themes that will be discussed by Maltese and Italian citizens together. |
