European Union competition law : an introduction

Abstract

This is the text of a lecture delivered by Professor Richard Whish of King Is College London at the University of Malta at the invitation of the Department of European and Comparative Law. It serves as an excellent introduction to the area for those unfamiliar with E.C. Competition Law. Furthermore Professor Whish took the opportunity to comment briefly on the Maltese Competition Bill mid those comments are reproduced in an Annex.
