Abstract: This paper provides an overview of legislative and enforcement approaches to address psychosocial risks at work in Malta. It covers information on the scale and nature of psychosocial risks at work, including trends in mental health in Malta, risk factors for mental health in Malta, and information on remote work and platform work. The document then describes organisational measures for work related stress and mental health in Malta. This is followed by a section on the legislative and enforcement approaches to address psychosocial risks at work.
