| Abstract: | This volume presents to a wider public the papers delivered at the EDRC's National Conference held in Malta on 20th September 2007. The theme of the Conference was: "The `Good` Company: Business Ethics in the EU and Malta". The Conference took forward the discussion on Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Governance and Fair Trade initiated nationally by the EDRC's Report for 2007 under its Civil Society Project, carried out by it as a Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence with the support of the European Commission. The Civil Society Project Report 2007, together with the conference papers in this volume, is available also on compact disc. Previous Reports in this series are available from the European Documentation and Research Centre, University of Malta. |
