Abstract: Research Problem: The Annunzjata Chapel, a significant landmark, faced severe deterioration necessitating multiple restoration attempts. Despite these efforts, its condition continued to degrade, prompting the initiation of a new consolidation and restoration project aimed to repurpose the chapel for community use. This study seeks to analyse the management of this intricate project, focusing on effective risk management, team collaboration, and quality assurance practices. Methodology: Primary data for this study were gathered through semi-structured interviews with various stakeholders closely involved in the Annunzjata Chapel restoration project. Secondary data encompassed project documents and observational insights. These methods were employed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the project's dynamics and management approaches. Key Results: The study found that despite encountering delays, the project's success was reinforced by meticulous planning, continuous communication among stakeholders, dynamic risk management strategies, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Effective team collaboration was facilitated through regular on-site meetings and meticulous documentation practices. Cost management was achieved through competitive procurement strategies and rigorous financial oversight. Quality assurance was ensured via detailed specifications and continuous monitoring of project activities. Time management was upheld through rigorous scheduling practices and proactive risk assessment measures. However, this research shows that its management can be improved through the introduction of a formal risk management plan which needs to be kept dynamic to reflect the exigencies of the project. Also, the research shows how cross-functional teams are being efficient through good collaboration and mind set are being shared in this environment on certain aspects. Conclusion: In conclusion, the strategies employed in managing the Annunzjata Chapel restoration project exemplify the importance of thorough planning, effective communication, proactive risk management, and unwavering commitment to quality. These elements collectively contributed to the project's progress and adherence to high standards, thereby facilitating its successful execution despite challenges and delays. It also hights the need for more formal documentation in relation to Risk Management plan.
