Abstract: This study sought to examine the current state of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Malta’s construction industry from the perceptions of OHS practitioners. It aimed to analyse how OHS in the sector has evolved over the years, identify the issues and challenges faced by practitioners, and explore potential improvements to enhance OHS standards. The research focused on the perspectives of OHS practitioners employed within the local sector, as related studies on the matter are limited.
