| Abstract: | 1. Agli inizi del Seicento I 'Europa centrale e travagliata da aspri conflitti ed e divisa nella fede. Gli stati perseguono la politica del cuius regio eius et religio (1555) e la sua trasgressione diventa una vera e propria dichiarazione di guerra. E cosi che le potenze europee si trovano implicate in lunghe battaglie che, dal 1618, terrnineranno a Vestfalia trent' anni dopo. |
