| Abstract: | Launched in 1999, Humanitas was the peer-reviewed journal of the Faculty of Arts, serving as an indirect successor to the now-defunct Journal of the Faculty of Arts. The publication aimed to showcase the Faculty’s current scholarly interests and reaffirm its vitality and intellectual engagement, despite the challenges faced since the previous journal's last issue. It sought to highlight the enduring values that have shaped the Faculty’s identity since its origins as the College of Philosophy many decades ago. |
