| Abstract: | This third part of the article focusses on the apostolic visit of Mgr. Pietro Dusina in 1575, whose report provided ample information about several aspects related to the daily life on the islands, and the leadership role of Don Lorenzo de Apapis, who was a prominent figure following the 1551 attack. His role was very important because through his work he gave hope to the Gozitans in a very dark moment. |
