| Abstract: | On 3 March 2022, Her Excellency Agnes von der Muhll, Ambassador to Malta for the French Republic, visited the Institute to speak about the French Presidency of the Council of the EU, running from January to June 2022. M. von der Muhll spoke about the French presidency of the EU and took questions from students. The primary focus of the questions were about the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the Future of Europe Conference. The Ambassador spoke at length about the Russian invasion of Ukraine and how this had unsettled many assumptions about Europe’s near abroad and relations with Russia. |
