| Abstract: | It is both an honour and a privilege, as President of the St John's Co-Cathedral Foundation, to welcome you all for this evening's organ concert by Maestro Josep Sole Coll, the internationally acclaimed Spanish organist of St Peter's Basilica at the Vatican. Today's organ concert marks the inauguration of a remarkable exhibition covering the legacy of one of the most visionary minds of the Renaissance - the brilliant Italian architect and military engineer Francesco Laparelli from Cortona, who projected, drew up plans, and laid the foundations of our beloved capital city of Valletta.
