Abstract: Adjuvant RT for women with early breast cancer was proven very effective in local cancer control and overall survival. With the evolution of techniques, there is no consensus on which technique is most suitable to treat breast cancer. The objective of this study was to explore if there are better alternatives to the FiF technique (the current local gold standard in a single RT department) that is non-inferior to the current technique in concerning OAR sparing and target coverage. Four techniques were compared with FiF: IMRT, Hybrid-IMRT, VMAT and Hybrid-VMAT.
