| Abstract: | Providing a summary of the articles published in this fourth CIGAR (Comparative International Governmental Accounting Research Network) annual issue in a few pages may approximate a literature review with similar concerns to be faced. On the one hand, articles should be scrutinized to summarize their aims and contents and depict their key findings. On the other hand, food for thought is expected to be provided by highlighting takeaway messages and lessons to be learnt, as well as suggesting avenues for future research. |
