| Abstract: | Purpose/Objective: Radiation Therapists (RTT) are crucial in the administration of Radiotherapy (RT). The swift advancement in RT technology and the increasing RT provisions, have brought urgency to recognize, evaluate and establish a structured framework for the RTT profession. This study aims to identify workforce needs for the Belgian RTT workforce and to make recommendations. |
