Abstract: This research sets out to explore how a group of nine educators from a Catholic Church school in Malta, who have attended a professional learning Process targeting self-knowledge and knowledge of processes of learning, experienced personal and professional transformation. Those factors influencing participants in their transformative learning journey are investigated. The exploration of the dynamics of transformative learning and an analysis of whether individual transformation affects the school’s transformative learning experience also form part of the study. More specifically this study set out to explore how teachers who participated in this professional Learning process have experienced transformative learning.
