Abstract: | Several parameters can be used to eualuate the male partner of an infertile marriage, but the ultimate proof of fertility is a successful conception. Investigations performed to assess male fertility include tests to identify normal spermatogenesis and accessory sex gland function, followed by tests to assess the hormonal status of the patient. Other inuestigations may be further required to fully establish the diagnosis and initiate correct management. |
