Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present some examples of the works under power lines, where the action values of the directive can be exceeded. The occupational exposure at tasks from the ladder has been studied. We performed measurements on steps of the ladder. We conducted measurements at different step heights: fourth (height 0.9m from ground), eight (height 1.9m from ground), and eleventh (height 2.8m from ground). We compared when the ladder was grounded and when it was not. Based on our limited measurements, the electric field exposure on the task from the ladder (step eleven) exceeded the action values of the directive.
