A total of 211 participants, participated in this research. Adolescents were provided with the opportunity to give their views of Church leadership according to a set questionnaire. The questionnaires were disseminated amongst a number of adolescents, both male and female, attending Church groups chosen from the North and South of the island. They were intended to explore different styles of leadership, the way these affect the adolescents' by enquiring their perception and rating, and also to determine what type of Church Leadership interests and motivate the adolescents today. It is hoped that the conclusions retrieved be put to a good use for future Church leaders.
