| Abstract: | In this editorial, the author analyses the poem 'La prière à Hippone' found in Laurent Ropa's book of poems having the same title as the poem. Ropa was a Gozo born French poet and writer who wrote about the recognition of the Maltese language and literature. This poem is an autobiography of Ropa and special reference is made to religion. |
