| Abstract: | The urgent need to update trends and attitudes in general paediatric practice at a basic level. My purpose today is not to submit a monotonous list of insults committed by medical and paramedical staff towards their patients, but rather to limit myself to certain aspects of paediatric care which leave a great deal to be desired at the present time. |
