| Abstract: | The aim of this dissertation is to provide information about the path that I, as a performer, followed to prepare for the final recital. Each chapter comprises the steps that the performer undertook, to practise each piece in the mood reflecting the period when it was composed. The bowings practised, phrasing, the way sound was projected and the technical aspects for the final performance are discussed, and all the results are explained in the light of how they were achieved. The repertoire is to be performed on the 22 of June 2018 for the final recital at Robert Samut Hall in Floriana. This is the last commitment of an undergraduate music student at the University of Malta. |
