| Abstract: | An Italian three-act play, "Whisky e pastasciutta" by Albert M. Cassola, has gained the SEGNALAZZIONE in a Drama Contest at Bologna, The adjudicators described this "Odyssey of a mixed marriage" as being "impostata e scritta con scioltezza, con un dialogo curioso e gustoso, per cui lo spunto dei finti 'adulteri," non nuovo del tutto, appare felicemente portato a conclusione." Tonino Micheluzzi, playwright, stage, radio, television and film-star, also read the comedy and described it as "divertente e spiritosa, con dialoghi eccellenti." Cassola “ha la vena umoristica e sa saggiamente tagliare delle scene." |
