| Abstract: | The term postmenopausal bleeding implies a resumption of uterine bleeding after the last menstruation. This time limit, however is arbitrary, and some authors prefer to reduce the period to 6 months, Although post-menopausal bleeding has specific reference to bleeding from the uterus, the term is widely used to include other sources. |
