Abstract: This is the second issue of Journal Update. Following the first issue a few changes in design to create a more sleek and appealing design were implemented. Another change in the magazine heralded the first appearance of the “Clinical Pearls”, which is essentially a relatively brief teaching session about important subjects to foundation year doctors and medical students alike. This issue is mostly based on contributions from medical students.
