Abstract: From 1 to 3 September 2015, at the initiative and with funding from the Ministries of Defence of Switzerland and Germany, and hosted by the Tunisian Republic, a Regional Outreach Conference on the OSCE Code of Conduct on Politico-Military Aspects of Security for the Southern Mediterranean Region was held in Tunis. The outreach conference was organised in partnership with the Geneva Centre for Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) and the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies, Malta (MEDAC). The event marked the first ever conference on the OSCE CoC to be held in and at the invitation of a southern Mediterranean country.
