Abstract:	This document includes: concerning the application of the Protocols on financial and technical co-operation concluded between the Community and Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Malta and Cyprus; Council Decision of 22 December 1986 adopting the Rules of Procedure of the Article 6 Committee set up within the Commission by Regulation (EEC) No 3973/86 in the context of the Mediterranean Financial Protocols and Council Decision of 22 December 1986 adopting the rules of procedure of the Article 9 Committee set up under the auspices of the European Investment Bank by Regulation (EEC) No 3973/86 within the framework of the Mediterranean Financial Protocols
