The literature provides insight about how generations impact employee retention and through the use of Herzberg’s two-factor theory, identifies what kind of factors the strategies should focus on. In-depth interviews were conducted with nine HR professionals working within the iGaming industry to explore their perspective on the correlation between employee retention strategies and generations. Throughout the research, current employee retention strategies in place were identified and analysed against the needs of the different generations.
