| Abstract: | The Maltese Services (Internal Market) Act (Services Act) establishes general provisions facilitating the exercise of freedom of establishment for service providers and the free movement of services in the internal market and implements Directive 2006/123/EC (the Services Directive). It is a framework law of horizontal application, transposing key elements of the Services Directive. This is a National Report for Malta part one - an analysis of the implementation of the freedom to provide services clause laid down in Article 16 of the Services Directive. |
