| Abstract: | Fair Trading - the next step forward... was the title chosen for a brief and mainly explanatory White Paper published in early November 1993 in which the Government discloses its specific intention to pass two separate bills through Parliament early in the new year. A draft Consumer Affairs Act and a draft Competition Act were appended to the White Paper. |
