| Abstract: | This article in Italian gives a bird's eye view of the ministry and of the work of St George Preca in Malta. George Preca (1880-1962) was a pioneer in the teaching of the Catechism in a time and a place where religious ignorance was rampant. He was able to form a group of lay persons who remain celibate to dedicate themselves to the teaching of the Catechism to others. |
