Abstract: | This dissertation examines the impact of a basic income policy on individuals and the economy in general, with regards to its impact on the hours of work of the eligible sample of individuals under examination. Although pilot studies have been implemented in some countries around the world, there has been no country that permanently implemented this welfare policy, despite its ever-increasing demand. |
