| Abstract: | On the 24th July, 2000, the French Ambassador to Malta, H-E. Didier Destremau, on behalf of the French Government conferred on Mrs Daly the decoration as Chevalier dans l-ordre des Palmes Academiques. Successive French Ambassadors to Malta have been impressed by Mrs Daly's teaching of the French language, on their visits to the Agius de Soldanis school, where she has been teaching French for the last 15 years. Mrs Daly has always made it a point to use the latest technology, as well as a wide range of French modern school magazines to back up the textbooks. |
