| Abstract: | Wettinger describes in more detail agriculture in Malta during the late Middle Ages. With the full utilization of the surviving notarial registers and with the discovery and opening to research of such prime records as those of the bishop's court and the tithal accounts, one can attempt a preliminary working up of the not inconsiderable information on several aspects of farming on the two islands of Malta and Gozo. |
