| Abstract: | The disappearance of the Cold War scenario left the whole world perplexed, from political analysts to men of the streets alike. It was an unanticipated event which no International Relations theory had predicted. The world thought that the post-Second World War System would prevail till the end of their lifetime - subconsciously though many felt the status quo would indefinitely change, but not yet. |
