| Abstract: | The flow of information from the Human Genome Project has revolutionized many fields of biosciences, one of which is Bioinformatics. This field's scope is to deal with this flood of information by solving problems that arise due to the enormous amount of data used for managing and analyzing biological data, and turning it into useful knowledge. There are a number of major research areas, one of which is sequence classification and it involves identifying members from non-members of a particular family of proteins with the help of a classifier. |
