Citation: Falzon, D. (1997). Living in colour: exceeding mere aesthetics (Bachelor's dissertation).
Abstract: The aim of my dissertation, as the name clearly implies, is to depart from the mere aesthetics of colour and study its effects on the human organism. It is my opinion that colour plays an important role in our life and this is very relevant in various fields, not least of which the architectural one. After going through the history and theory of colour, applications will be discussed taking into consideration the role colour could play in the home, in the working environment and in health care institutes, creating more humane and better built environments.
