Abstract: Coffee is a worldwide known beverage that is over time becoming more consumed. It has been thought to be one of the earliest beverages known to man. Trends and increase in consumption of coffee in various forms, has over the past decade given opportunities for many to invest in businesses such as cafeterias. Although there are many studies and reports that claim that this beverage has healthy effects on the human body, such research available is still not conclusive and unclear to if coffee has only benefits. Although there are many limitations and implications to if and why one coffee brewing method might be more advantageous than the other; many factors can establish why one should choose one solution as opposed to the other. The value of this study will hence reflect which coffee format is mostly consumed and give guidance to which coffee machine solution suits best for certain business operations. It will also relate why using sustainable valued products can guarantee that the coffee one is drinking is genuine and not fraudulent.
