| Abstract: | The main focus in my dissertation is on Bulgaria, which aims to explore different foreign policy mechanisms within the changing global construct. Consequently I trace Bulgarian Foreign policy imperatives pre and post 1989 showing how the rapid change of the European construct, because of the global rapid change(the Collapse of the Soviet Union), impacted enormously on Bulgarian Foreign Policy. |
