Abstract: The purpose of this study is to delve into and to explore the link that exists between Mary and the consecrated life. The introduction explores Mary's unique membership in the Church. Chapter one explains the religious consecration and Mary's vocation. Chapter two elaborates on the role of Mary's consecration in the Church, while Chapter three deals with Mary, the model of virtues. As I carry out this research, it will be an occasion for me to reflect and to contemplate more deeply with Mary on the mystery of my religious consecration. Hopefully this will be an experience which will lead me to a Deepening and intensifying of my relationship with the Lord, and draw me closer to his people. It is also my greatest aspiration that all those who will read this work will find it helpful.
