Abstract: The aims of this research are to analyse and compare the language used in journalism, in blogs and in social networks. This work will highlight this change in different contexts; the language of the traditional newspapers as we know it may vary when publishing articles in online newspapers or in blogs. Besides, it will also review the way in which different people give their feedback regarding an article online. This study explores the language used in this modern and technological world while giving more importance to the changes that the formal language of journalism as we know it, might undergo.
