| Abstract: | Apart from being disrespectful to original authors, plagiarism poses a serious threat to our education system. With the current available Information Technology tools, copy and paste plagiarism is more than ever on the increase. Lecturers do not have the time and resources to fight this new plague. This project looks at the tools current technology provides and researches the field of stylometry and information retrieval to develop a plagiarism detection system. |
