Abstract: eXtensible Markup Language (XML) is an emerging new technology in Web-site development, specified by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It is being supported by many various classes of the scientific society because of its more general use than HTML and more simple usage than SGML. Its prospective longevity attracts attention and effort into further development of tools, which facilitate this language usage and propagation across the various fields of study. The construction of XML documents as regulated by the W3C specification requires rigid conformity to the rules that make an XML document well-formed. It is the aim of this project to create a tool to facilitate the creation and editing of XML documents that are well formed and valid according to relative Document Type Definitions. This is achieved with monitored and assisted creation of new XML elements into existing or newly created XML documents. Furthermore, rising supplemental technologies are be implemented to reach higher standards then achieved by emerging XML software.
