Abstract: During the 5 to 16 March 2007, we were attached to Cauldeen Primary School in Scotland. Our purpose was to observe and reflect upon the school's administrative practice. Our aim was to analyse the management structure of the school and to identify strategies that could enhance a better approach to a holistic, inclusive lifelong education. We interviewed the Head, Mr George Glass, the Deputy - Ms Wendy Munro, nearly all teachers, the ancillary staff and the students themselves. We tried hard to shadow Mr Glass, who was really busy going around the school. We visited almost all classes, computer room, halls, resource rooms, physiotherapy rooms, and grounds. Besides we observed lessons and attended several meetings. The reflections of these two weeks' observations have been recorded in this report outlining the different aspects of the administration of the school. The visit turned out to be highly beneficial and at the same time enjoyable. It was an unforgettable experience and well worth the time and effort.
