| Abstract: | The second issue of the IPS Journal continues to pave way for knowledge and research towards the Malta Public Service. This volume introduces a collection of research by academics and by public officers on subjects analysing various elements of the operations and strategies of the Public Service. It incorporates a wide variety of topics which are of great interest to the Public Service. Such topics include the development of emotional intelligence for an effective public service, the recycling performance through targeted management and the mental health stakeholders regarding the development of peer support in Malta’s mental health services amongst others. With this publication, the Institute for the Public Services will continue to be at the forefront of the strategy through which the Public Service is further strengthened through research, digital technology and the quality of people. |
