Abstract: This long essay focuses on the theme of communication in the Primary Educational Sector. It outlines the theme with a literature review that covers the theme of communication from its general form and focusing on communication in an organization. In this long essay the authors present views of both teachers and head teachers in State, Church and Independent schools on the subject of communication in schools. They also focus on the barriers of communication and the importance, the theme of education has for the staff members of the Primary Sector. From the interviews and questionnaires that were carried out, the participants overall revealed that a communication problem exists in this sector. Suggestions are also listed on ways how to solve this problem. From the research, conclusions are reached about how communication must become an objective itself in order for a solution to be achieved.
