| Abstract: | In recent years school development planning has become obligatory in Maltese schools. The main aim of this study is to analyse the feedback received from the senior management team and from members of staff of the school where I teach regarding the school's Development Plan. The research is based on interviews, which were conducted at school in an informal way. This study aims at critically analysing the School Development Plan and it's various Key Areas. Various changes which have occurred over the last few years as a result of development planning. |
