| Abstract: | An email sent to employees of the European Parliament of the European Union (EU) towards the end of March 2020 stated that “Leave requests introduced now but starting on July 1 and onwards will be put on hold unless you declare that you intend to spend your leave in the country of your place of work." This is not only a restriction on freedom of movement, it is actually limiting your leave geographically from now to summer which starts on 21 June 2020. [excerpt] |
